
I like making this for lunch along side a bowl of homemade soup. You can put the topping on anything but I like it in bagels.
- !/2 cup of mayonnaise
 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 tsp. dried basil
 - 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
 - pepper to taste
 
- Mix together and spoon on to bagel halves.
 - Broil at 350 til warmed through and cheese bubbles.
