Keeping a package of imitation crab meat in the freezer means you can make these anytime for a delicious and attractive lunch.
- 8oz. / 250 gm package imitation crabmeat - squeeze out excess moisture and dice
 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons chopped red pepper
 - 2 tablespoon finely chopped celery
 - 1/2 tsp.dried dill weed
 - 4 tortillas
 
- Mix all ingredients (except tortillas) together in a bowl.
 - Spread about 1/2 to 3-4 cup mixture on a lightly buttered tortilla.
 - Roll up tightly and press to seal.
 - Cut in half on the diagonal.
 - Repeat with remaining tortillas.
 - Serve with pickles, olives or crudites and dip.
